Developed by Dürr, the DXQequipment.analytics software records, evaluates and visualizes process and automation data. It is designed to optimize processes, predict failures, support maintenance activities, and ensure product quality. With real-time data analysis, the algorithms analyze the painting process data in real-time and identify possible anomalies, DXQequipment.analytics prioritizes tasks based on results, and informs the maintenance operator, thus avoiding impacts on production.
